AdeptMinds
From Figma blueprint to fully engineered Next.js platform — an enterprise AI product built for the Indian market with full compliance signalling.

Architecture & Thought Process
AdeptMinds had a dual challenge: make enterprise-grade AI feel accessible to industry leaders in healthcare, manufacturing, and logistics — while signalling the compliance rigour (HIPAA, DPDP, SOC-2) that procurement teams demand. This wasn't a SaaS template. It was a trust machine.
I started with a fully modular design system in Figma — strict design tokens, variant-driven components, and Auto Layout structures that mirrored real DOM behaviour. Every layout decision was made with Flexbox and CSS Grid in mind, so the handoff from design to code was near-frictionless.
The centrepiece of the build is an interactive environment switcher — Clinical, Corporate, Logistics — letting prospects see the product in their exact context without a sales call. Compliance signals were front-loaded, the blog was seeded with domain content targeting Indian enterprise search intent, and the on-premise deployment narrative was engineered to directly counter the data sovereignty objection every Indian CTO raises about cloud AI.
